We want you to be genuinely happy with every template you purchase from SereneSheets. This policy explains how refunds work for our digital products.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every SereneSheets template comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund for any reason.

Because all of our products are digital templates delivered by instant download, there is no item to return, no packaging, and no shipping involved — this policy is built specifically around digital goods, not physical merchandise.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at hello@serenesheets.com with your order number (found in your order confirmation email).
2. Let us know which template you'd like refunded.
3. We'll confirm your refund by email and process it within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account — this is typically an additional 3–10 business days depending on your provider.

Damages and Issues

If a download link doesn't work, a file appears corrupted, or you received the wrong template, contact us immediately at hello@serenesheets.com so we can fix it — usually by resending the correct file, with a refund available if we're unable to resolve the issue.

Digital Content and Your Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK Customers)

Under EU consumer law, purchases of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium (such as our templates) are generally exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once download or access has begun, provided you have given express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. At checkout, we ask for this confirmation before delivering your file.

This exception does not reduce your rights under this policy — our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to EU, UK, and all other customers on the same "no questions asked" terms described above, regardless of the statutory withdrawal exception for digital content.

License and Reselling

Refunds are intended for customers who are not satisfied with a template. Purchasing, downloading, and then repeatedly requesting refunds across multiple templates or orders is not consistent with the intent of this policy and may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. See our Terms of Service for details on the personal-use license that comes with each purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Templates purchased at a discount through a limited-time promotional code that explicitly states "final sale," and any bundle where individual templates within it have already been separately refunded, are not eligible for a further refund.
